Most of us have an easier time showing compassion towards others than we do towards ourselves. Showing yourself compassion means:
- learning from your mistakes, without judging or criticising yourself
- comforting yourself, withour becoming a victim of the circumstances
- showing empathy for yourself, without becoming egotistical
- taking responsibility for your actions, with assuming guilt or shame
More self compassion increases your emapthy and compassion in all relationships.
You practice with an app for 15/ day for 6 weeks. We meet 1,5 hours every other week to discuss theory, reflect, share knowledge and meditate. This is a digital course.
