Alexandra is a skilled trainer who puts the participants immediately at ease through her soothing & comforting voice and well-guided mindfulness exercises. She supported Radisson Hotel Group during challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic by offering our team members 15 minutes powerful Mindfulness sessions for two months.
These sessions proved to have created well needed space to integrate mindfulness practices into workplace in order to better channelize one’s emotions during uncertainties, increase self-awareness, focus and attention. The team members found the sessions to be engaging, focused, well guided and high-quality practice experiences.
