I’m thrilled to be talking about how mindfulness can strengthen and enable your self-leadership at the 8th Annual Global Executive Assistant event in June hosted by Vonlanthen Group.
We will explore some concepts around both self-leadership and mindfulness. Perhaps most importantly, we will practice a few meditations that you can use daily to gain deeper insight and make intentional choices about your behaviour and thoughts.
